This summer some of the surviving members of the late, great Grateful Dead toured as the Other Ones. One of the guitarists chosen for this Furthur tour was local Bay Area legend Steve Kimock. This section contains an interview with Kimock conducted by Christian Crumlish just days before the start of the Other Ones tour. In it Steve discusses his summer jobs, the band he's played in for fourteen years (Zero) and his own new band (KVHW).
The final shows of the Furthur Tour were at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View California. Photographer Sue Weiand shot some amazing photos at those shows, and we feature a few of them here.
